Connect 10.8 viewing video streams

I see on https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/adobe-connect-html5-capabilities.html that "Video pod - viewing video streams" is supported. Does anyone know how that will work? Can I paste a YouTube URL in the pod and play it?
