Connect 11 Webcam

I've just installed the Connect 11 Application and found that the webcam has some problems.
If you are on a layout with the webcam and you have it running it's fine if you go to another layout with the webcame panel.

If you go to a layout without a webcam panel then back to a layout with the webcam you can not turn the webcam back on because it thinks it is still running.
Closing the webcam doesn't fix the problem. It just turned the video icon red with the redcircle and line through it.
