connect 9 problem after share screen unable to read

connect 9 after signing in as a guest, then share screen, desktop, all text become blurry unable to read and not able to use links in side room, I am using windows vista.

    Is the screen share unreadable or the meeting room?

    I'd suggest trying a different browser to see if that helps, but you may just need to call Adobe Support and have them see your problem. Adobe Support 800-945-9120
