Connect Add-In fails to install

Trial Acro Connect Pro a/c, trying to use cam, followed the 'Install latest Connect add-in" routine - on 3 different machins, it just hangs Connect Pro - message is "Loading Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro"

Have tried both with and without AV. Firewall is not on.

Is there a problem with the add-in, or is it an adobe.com download issue?

    Where did you do the "Install Latest Connect Add-In" from? The audio set up wizard? That link has never been functional in my experience. If you don't have the right add in you will get prompted when enter the room or try to do something that requires the add-in. The camera should work without it.

    Otherwise you can go to Help > Troubleshooting and it will let you know if you have the latest add-in and let you d/l if you don't.

    Thinking about it, one common factor on all three machines is Flash Player 10 - could this be an issue?
