Connect add-in without function

A Member of our Company needs to install the Adobe Connect Add.In.

A Testinstallation with the Latest Download of Connect Add-In 9 (version 11.9.974.231, ZIP format, posted on Sept. 23rd, 2015) was not successful. We´re running Win7 64bit. And the Adobe Diagnostic Test says "Add-in not installed".
I´ve tryed different way´s and Users, administrative and nonadministrative all with the same result.

In TechCenter there is the Info:
The Connect 8 Add-in is based on Flash Player 9, while the Connect 9 Add-in is based on Flash Player 11.


On our Systems we´re running Flash Player 19...


A solution would be nice.
