Connect Breakout Rooms

Question

I've created a layout for breakout rooms.  After I distribute the attendees equally, I'll click the layout for breakout rooms.  Layouts change on mine and attendees screens, but when I click Start Breakouts the attendees layouts revert  back to the standard Sharing layout.  I still see the breakout layout.  Any idea why attendees don't see the breakout layout?

Breakout rooms mirror the active layout of the Meeting the first time they are initiated. After that they will remain in the same state that they were left, like the rest of the Connect room. If you want them to have a different layout, you can manually change them or you can delete them (click on the x to the right of them in the Attendee pod) and then click the + button to create a new break out room. Before you start breakout sessions in your new Breakout rooms, be sure you are on the Breakout layout of your room. This can be done when there are no other individuals in the room. The Breakout rooms will now have the desired layout.
