Connect Firewire camera to Adobe Connect

I'm connecting my Firewire camera (Panasonic AG-AC160) to my MBP.  AC recognizes the camera in the "choose camera" drop down, along with the built in FaceTime camera. When I select the FW camera, all I get is black. The FaceTime camera works fine. Any ideas? This same setup worked fine in GoTo Meeting. Thanks!

The Video pod in Connect only supports video up to 480P, try reducing the resolution of the video and see if that works.

Thanks for the response, Jorma. I'm currently shooting SD, 480i.

Hm, make sure no other applications are using the video stream, as only one application can use it at a time. I'd also double check that the video pod is set to high quality (480). Beyond that, it may be a matter of testing the video on another computer to see if it works there, another OS may be worth testing too.

If you want you can always reach out to Adobe Support as well, 800-945-9120, and see if they can help trouble shoot.
