Connect - FMG - SIP confusion

Hello all,

We are attempting to configure Universal Voice for our Connect project.

The Cisco call logger is communicating with the Connect server, but we are struggling getting Connect and FMG to co-operate.

We have installed FMG onto the same host as Connect (it had been on it's own server, though the behaviour was ostensibly the same).

When creating a new Audio Provider to Test Dial-In the process times out.

The core00.log contains the following:

Thanks in advance,

Correct answer

The issue appears to have been an incorrectly defined fully qualified domain name for the FMG server.

We're a bit closer to resolving this...

By adding the FMG server details in:

Application Settings | FMG Settings | Server mappings

Now returns the following error message when testing dial-in:

So, how to change the Audio Settings?

In Adobe Connect Central? Can't see anything relating to audio settings.

I don't think these are related to the Audio Provider details.

Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

GW.
