Connect keeps crashing - MAC OS Mojave

Hi can someone please offer some advice.

I am hosting virtual workshops on a mac. Since updating to the new Mojave OS yesterday Connect seems to be crashing every 10 mins! To be fair it was cdrashing before the update but not as regularly as now.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated please.
