Our live webinar event is tomorrow. We have a normal, 30-page size PowerPoint document which is the document we're sharing as our webinar. However we cannot get through it. The meeting share continually crashes.

I believe this is an issue that Adobe has been chasing down. Contact Support and see if they have any solutions.

In the mean time, to fix your room, the trick is launch your room and click Stop Sharing on the share pod before the PPT deck loads. You may be able to delete the slide deck from the Uploaded Content section of the room, but I'm not sure that will unload it from the Share pod.

Create a room to test load the PPT (so you can just delete the room if needed) and try uploading the PPT slides to the Content Library before loading it into the Share pod.

For what it's worth, I seem to be able to work around this issue using PPT 2013 and Presenter. I have Presenter 11.1 build 189. I'm not sure that the version of Presenter is part of the cause, but when I use PPT 2016 (365) the output of slide decks that show this behavior consistently crash.
