Connect Mobile: microphone not working

Hi

So I can't get my mic working on my phone. It doesn't show the microphone and webcam menu buttons, and I can't find anything on the internet... I need it for school so it's kinda important that I get it working soon

Does your school use VoIP audio with Connect? If they are using an integrated telephony then it may be a phone icon instead of a microphone.
