Connect on iPad

When I have tried to connect to Adobe connect on my laptop using Safari or Firefox I’ve been able to, however when I have tried to do it on my iPad with the same url it keeps saying that the URL does not exist please help?

    Are you trying to view a recording which was created during a Connect Room session?

    Or enter a room during a session?

    If you're trying to view a recording using an iPad you will need a browser such as Puffin or Dolphin installed.

    On my iPad it’s using the Adobe connect app
