Connect Recordings not loading

So Recently had the update to Adobe Connect 11 and now having real difficulty opening recordings of meetings.

 

 

So I have tried my own account , the admin account and the meeting host Account - and at various times I am able to access them but mostly they dont load just hanging on the preparing room screen or getting the error message - "Could not connect to server - relaucnh room"
 
Most of our Staff use Macs and I know the update is mostly for windows but any ideas whats' going on?

    I've seen the long loading times for recordings too. I would expect this to be a bug in version 0.0 that should be addressed with a future release/update to Connect 11.

    Yes we also experience a recording problem. Some participants cant watch the recording. Tried using browser, new app or old app. Nothing happend.
