Question
Connect Recordings not loading
So Recently had the update to Adobe Connect 11 and now having real difficulty opening recordings of meetings.
So I have tried my own account , the admin account and the meeting host Account - and at various times I am able to access them but mostly they dont load just hanging on the preparing room screen or getting the error message - "Could not connect to server - relaucnh room"
Most of our Staff use Macs and I know the update is mostly for windows but any ideas whats' going on?
