Connect Server unavailable to meetings

Hello,

I've installed ACS in a Windows Server 2019 (8 core, 8GB RAM) to test Meetings with the Intercall adapter. However I'm can't start any meeting. due a "Connection Error". When I go to the troubleshoting page and run the diagnostic tool this is the result:
Windows 10 is supported.
Chrome 86.0.4240.198 is supported.
A connection with Adobe Connect could not be established. Please contact your IT administrator.

In the server side Adobe Connect Service and Adobe Connect Telephony Service are running.

This test also fails using a browser in the server (to avoid possible network issues).

It seems to be an issue that is not related to the config on the intercall adapter because I'm able to use my meetings with Intercall's client.

Where should I look to fix this?

If you are trying to launch a meeting in Classic mode, you need to have the Adobe Media Servers (AMS) up and recognized by the Connect cluster. If you are trying to launch in Standard mode you will need both the Adobe Connect Transmuxing Servers (ACTS) and AMS servers up and recognized by the Connect cluster.

Thank you

I installed ACTS and I could connect to my conferences and use them.

I forgot to mention that the ACS version is 11 and we have a license for it.
