Connect - SSL and certificate chain

Hi,

is it possible to place a certificate chain somewhere, so that Adobe connect users dont have to manually install the certificates from the chain?

Hi cj63, why isn't your cert accepted automatically? We're using hardware SSL and encountered an issue with our cert. We ended up changing the cert chain on the F5, I believe. I'm not sure of the "how" other than to know we did it with hardware SSL, so it should be possible.
