Connect update not working

I’m having trouble with Adobe Connect.  I was trying to join a meeting but it said I needed to upgrade the software to do so.   So I hit the upgrade button… and then it stopped working.

I can get to the sign in page, but when it tries to connect with a meeting I only get a blank screen.

I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled but without any change.

Does anyone have any thoughts?
