Connecting...

Is there a specific reason for a Meeting that can't open and gets stuck on Connecting... but never lets you go past that step?

There is no error message, just an infinite loop of connecting. It happens whether I try to open it via browser or desktop app.

Buenas tardes. Somos un grupo de profesores que tenemos el mismo problema que ustedes. Da la casualidad que todos tienen instalado Windows 7 en sus computadores. 

En todos los casos queda conectando, aparece solo el bucle de conexion y no marca ningun mensaje de error. 

Cuando intentan abrir la aplicacion ingresando desde el navegador, la aplicacion queda en blanco. 

Lograron ingresar a la reunion desde el navegador, pero necesitamos ingresar con la aplicacion para cumplir la funcion de presentador y usar las herramientas de la misma.

Had the same issue at the weekend. Likely performance issues on Adobe's end. Will follow up with our support to inquire about it as we have multiple rooms running and the user experience is not ideal.

Please let me know if you get an explanation or an answer. We are running around 40 rooms every two hours and I agree, the user experience is far from ideal.

I chatted with support and was told there were no recorded issues with our domain at the weekend which is definately incorrect.

I would suggest to reach out to your sales-rep and escalate the matter.

Also there were issues in the EMEA area that are noted on the Adobe status page.
