connecting for the first time

Hi,

I'm connectiong for the first time. I installed the add-in, and made sure i'm defined as a host when i set up the meeting,

but i'm a participant in the meeting, and not a host. why? what shoud i do?

Hi,

Could you go to web app and when clicked on meeting and then Edit Participants and verify if your name is coming there with host permisisons.
