I have the following issue trying to enter my own meeting room as a trainer:

 

The user limit for this user has been exceeded

    Hard to nail down without knowing what licensing you have on your account, but if I had to take a shot in the dark you are either on a trial account and picked Virtual Classrom or Webinar trial or you purchased a Webinar Manager XXX license and are trying to use a Meeting room, which will have a seating capacity of 1.
