Connection issues with VPN?

I have a question regarding VPN and Adobe Connect. From reading the best practices, I know that a VPN is discouraged. Does this mean that VPN is not an officially supported connection with Adobe Connect?

Yes, Sameer is right. main issue is related with speed as most of the VPNs reduce it. Though if you choose VPN after doing research like speed tests etc and manage speed to the required numbers then no problem in having a VPN.

VPN is discouraged coz of the limited speeds you ought to get when on a VPN. If you can still manage speeds which are more than what is required to run Adobe Connect application, VPN can be done. Adobe Connect Tech specs here: http://www.adobe.com/mena_en/products/adobeconnect/tech-specs.html
