Connectivity: hosts getting dumped, audio cut out
Used Connect 9.1 for first time last night. All four hosts (at four different locations/ISPs) had connectivity issues: two were outright dumped more than once, getting connectivity error message and automatically reconnecting to the room. One had great difficulty even accessing the room--- repeated connectivity error messages. A fourth had her audio cut out every time she advanced a slide. All four were on the same connections and machines they had previously used for months successfully with Adobe Connect. Adobe tech support this a.m. found no issues with the meeting room or its settings.
Other smaller annoyance: pods that will not "hide."
1, Has anyone else been experiencing issues with connectivity since the upgrade?
2. Has anyone been having audio cut-out associated with advancing slides
3. Does the new version use MORE bandwidth than the old (9.0)?
