Content didn't move when trial was upgraded

I upgraded from the trial version before it expired.  Now my trial has expired, but none of my content is in the new room.  Anyone know how to fix this?

    Sounds like you were given a new account, as opposed to transitioning your trial to a paid account. I would double check with who ever you worked with to make the conversion to ensure that everything was done as expected.
