Content TAB for a user account

Hi!
How can activate the Conten TAB in user account in Adobe Connect, in order to share folders/files?
The user has the permission to see the folder by detailed link but I would like to make accessible by his Adobe Conect Account in the Content TAB

    It's like any other folder structure. The user would need access to the parent folder before they can access the sub folders. So giving access to the Shared Content folder (can just be View) would then open up the option for greater permissions for sub folders.
