Contrast in Standard View Adobe Connect

I think this is more of a complaint than a question, but I've switched over to Adobe Connect Standard view, and the contrast is just awful. Everything is white and super light grey, so it's hard to see where one box ends and the next begins. It's giving me a headache. Has anyone figured out how to adjust the contrast?

Just like the login page, Connect Central and the old meeting interface can be customized, so can the new HTML meeting interface. Admininstration > Customization > Customize HTML Meeting. Make it what you want.

Is that just for HTML meetings?  It's great that the backgrounds can be adjusted.  Can the text color be changed as well?  I imagine this question had to do with the dark grey on light great in the chat/notes pods.
