Converting Deep Links from MS Word

Question

When I insert a link eg, url 
http://www.dwave.com.au in a
page of Word, PDFWriter will convert it to an active link.

When I use the form click here and install the hypertext
under the word here, on conversion, the links do not convert to
active links in PDF files.

Is there a way to overcome this? I've tried Adobe's
automatically create links in documents feature and it doesn't work
on these types of link.

You have to use PDFMaker in Word and select the option tocreate cross document links by changing the conversion settings.You can access this feature through the "Acrobat" menu option onWord's menu bar.
