Copy Pods?

Can pods be copied for placement in every layout of do you have to create the same pod over and over until you have the number you need for each layout?

When you make a new layout you have the option of copying an existing layout, which places the same instance of all the pods on it. If you choose to create a blank layout you can use the instance of the pods from other layouts by selecting the appropriate pod from the Pods menu. 

 

Selecting Create New XXX pod will always make a new instance of that pod type. The new instance of the pod(s) will act independantly of the the other instances.

And a trick we use - if you think you're going to use any in another meeting - take a screen shot and post it as a jpg or keep a cheat sheet of text to copy and paste.

A tip to Adobe - having ashared pod function would be a grand addition to the Content library. For now we just archive frequently used items by year.
