Getting the error "Could not connect to audio/video due to restrictive firewall/web proxy settings within your network" when trying to share screen or webcam. How do I resolve it?

Hi @marielle_p , This issue occurs when your network is blocking traffic to Adobe Connect. If you're using a VPN, try disabling it. Additionally, you can share this page with your Adobe Connect administrator to enable traffic to Adobe Connect. https://helpx.adobe.com/in/adobe-connect/firewall-proxy-server-configuration-adobe-connect.html
