Couldn't connect to class in iOS

Hi adobe connect community! 

I'm new here if I have any mistakes sorry for that.

From last week whenever I'm trying to connect to my adobe connect classroom in my iPhone device after clicking the open in app in safari browser it redirects to mobile.adobeconnect.com and the same page but with bad styling comes up by the way after clicking again on open in app I get Safari cannot open this page because too many redirects occurred.

Google Chrome says ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS too.

 I tried reinstalling Connect app and also clearing the browser's cache and cookies with no results.

I tried to connect with another device and it worked.

Also I've tested connecting to other classrooms through this phone and using another account with no results;

Please help
