Course doesn't load

Hello guys,

I have a problem with my online course on Adobe Connect. When I try to open the course, content cannot be loaded. It just opens one slide page from the course and the professor cannot be seen. I can just see the attached photo in the professor section. I tried to install adobe connect and flash player several times but nothing changed. What is the problem? Thanks.
