Crashes On Mac

I put in a support request but never heard back from Adobe so now I'm trying here. Is anybody using Acrobat Connect and hosting from a Mac? I am, and I've tried from three different Macs and still get the same result: Acrobat Connect crashes after about 20 minutes or so. The good news is that everyone stays in the room so I just have to reconnect again, but it's very annoying. Any ideas?

Are you on OS 10.4 or 10.5? 10.5 is / was known to cause some trouble.

All of my Mac boxes are 10.5. That's a good bit of information. Is there a knowledge base article on the subject? Or some forum/blog posts? Is there anything I can do to help get this fixed?

I am not sure if there is a KB article. There certainly should be information on this somewhere on the adobe site.
I have seen Macs with 10.5 running fine in a meeting using the add-in and I have seen them crashing, but unpredictable. A new flash player was released a couple of days ago, 9.0.124, I would give that a try since the add-in relies on the player and maybe ping Adobe about your support request. This issue is as old as OS 10.5, I am sure they made some progress on this issue since then.
