Creating Audio Profile with Premiere Global

The screen for setting up an audio profile in Connect has changed within the past week. It is now asking for a password. Is this an Adobe password or a Premiere Global password? Who should I contact to find out what my password is? I'm in the middle of giving a training, and we're stuck, so any help appreciated!
