Customizing Connect add-in download

I have set up an adobe connect server 10.6. It is in a dark site that has no access to the Internet or we can't enable the flash on the client browsers. The only solution I left with is to install the agent on each user's computer (around 500+). 

I was trying to modify the add-in locations by modifying the language file in the following locations. 

C:\Connect\10.6.0\appserv\common\intro\lang

C:\Connect\10.6.0\appserv\common\meeting\lang

I have added the following lines in all the language files. 

<m id="addInLocation" platfrom="Windows">/common/addin/setup.exe</m>

But this did work. Whenever I click to download the add-in it goes to the Adobe website. 

How can I fix it?
