How to delete an Adobe Connect plan?

We want to cancel our subscriptions, but the guide doesn't help.

The website is asking for a order number and a Password, but we can't reset our password neither enter.

Please don't share the online guide because it didn't help https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/delete-adobe-account.html
