unfortunatly I cant download recorded meetings or pdf or something else the error message is You do not have permission to access this item. But I can easily join meetings. How can I solve this problem? 😞

Are you trying to download (make offline) the recordnig from within Connect Central? How are you trying to download the PDFs and other assets?

yea i was trying in this way.actually its solved. I needed to join the
online meetin once and then I could download the recorded meetings and so
on❤️

I couldnt join the meetings last week so I tried to download the recorded
session but the error occured, even when I wanted to download the shared
PDFs by the master it occured too.
But I can easily join the online meetings
