Disable Invitations

We are using Adobe Connect with our Learning Management System (LMS) and when scheduling offerings we send out multiple invites to the same people not knowing which events they will be able to attend.  Multiple notifications go out to each individual and for those offerings they don't select it comes back through the LMS as having not been attended.  Is there a way to disable the notifications/invitations from going out?

    SuccessFactors wrote their own integration to Adobe Connect and because you are inviting people but not having them accept registrations from SuccessFactors, the workflow to stop the emails is going to be tough.  Have you talked with or looked at changing the SuccessFactors workflow to invite them to different instances of the course within SF so they can choose there instead of pre-registering them into the different options so that they get all the invites?

    The LMS we are using is SuccessFactors, but the emails being sent are coming from Adobe.

    It partly depends on the LMS you are using and who built your integration.  Can you share what LMS you are using?
