Disabling Custom Background Images Globally

Is there a way to disable the "Upload Custom Background Image" for all meetings across an Adobe Connect account? We have accessibility concerns and consistency/compliance issues, so we do NOT want our meeting hosts to have the ability to choose any random picture they want and upload it to their meeting room. Can this option be disabled globally?

    I don't believe there is an option to disable the ability to add a custom background to the room as a host.
