Disconnect users and Reconnect users

Hello my name is Marc,

i have a problem, in my office use adobe connect 8, and server hosted privatly in my office. I have many meetings with other offices and one day appear different problems.

The first problem: one day i stay in a meeting with 10 people, and one moment all users disconnect and reconnect and when i reconnect all user appear double for example: "Marc" and "Marc2". I clean cookies and changed browser explorer and solution this problem but the other people don't find a solution.

The second problem: other day i stay in a meeting with 8 people, and 2 o 3 people i'm not sure disconnect and reconnect and appear the same previous case. But in this meeting, the host rec's meeting and desynchronized video i don't find what's is the error.

When the problems appear, i check the server's log and server don't detected anything, the brezze logs detected when the users disconnect and reconnect in a meeting, but the server don't detected error, no errors in applications, no errors in network and no errors in a system. I can't find who is the error .

    Hi Marc,

    the issues you have mentioned here of duplicate users was fixed in connect 9.

    BTW is this happening with every users present in the room when reconnection happened

    yes this problem appear when every users are present in the room, i think the problem is in network server but the server don't recognise the problem, no detected any problem. It's more strange i hope resolve this problem. Thanls for you help sni.

    The last day on friday i searched the logs but the server only recognise when the user disconnect and reconnect, but the server don't detected anything. I not to do.
