Disconnecting Adobe Voip Line - Cluster NA13

I have a client who has several accounts in Adobe Connect but one account in particular has had multiple issues with the Adobe Connect VoiP line randonly disconncting and trying to reconnect itself. It has impacted multiple meeting at various times and it seems localized to Cluster NA13. No other User has had this issues except the one on NA13. Is there something that can be done or something that could be causing this issue.

It could be a connectivity issue to that cluster. Brief internet drops would cause the drop of the VoIP connection. If you have the date/time/url of the meeting that saw the issue, I'd go to Adobe Support and have them review the logs or see if they were aware with any issues in that server cluster. 800-945-9120 is their number.
