dobe Connect Diagnostic Test

We have a license on premises. We are face troubles in accessing @  Adobe Connect Diagnostic Test 

https://connect.portici.enea.it/common/help/en/support/meeting_test

Particularly connectivity and speed test  show bad and troubles in the connection. It seems as the  connection is broken. Which could be another opportunity to suggest to the participants in our meeting to test their computer  and their  connection?? Thank you

    It looks like maybe the configuration of the ACTS service isn't configured correctly. 

     

    Check the debug log to see if there is any clue there, as it could be a number of things. If you launch a meeting in the browser (not the desktop app) are there any issue or errors that happen?
