Document share history visible in breakout room

When I put my participants in a breakout room they can see any documents that are in the share history.  All the other folders of documents are invisible to them.  Share history seems to be betraying me and exposing unintended documents. Any suggestions on what I can do?

You can clear the share history by clicking on each document, then a Clear button will show up in the lower right corner.  The documents will still be in the room, this just clears them from the history.

And tell your participants to stop being so nosey

Thanks.  But the history will continue to grow again, right?  I'd like a way to designate who has access to what so that the history could be filtered  appropriately.

What is interesting is that they couldn't see documents in folders, just the history.  But the history exposed them from folders that were not visible to them (if I remember correctly).

Correct, you would have to clear each new item from the list.

That is an issue I never thought about, but I tested it out and you are correct, it does work that way.  If you care at all, the reason why it happens is everyone is promoted to Presenter level in a breakout room and by default Presenters can see that list.  Seems to be a bit of a hole Adobe missed, you might want to submit it as an issue and maybe it will get fixed in the next update.
