Does Adobe Connect give you the ability to remotely access someone's computer?

I'm looking for a remote access solution to allow me to carry out technical support work on client's computers without having to get in the car and travel to their premises.  Is Adobe Connect a good solution for this?  Is there something called Breeze?

I have an Adobe CC full subscription so I'm hoping there's an app in there that will do this.

I'd appreciate any advice, thank you.

      A few points of clarification.

      • Adobe Connect is not part of the CC package
      • Adobe Connect was known as Macromedia Breeze prior to 2006, so it is the same product, just an older version.

      That said, Adobe Connect does have a remote access function. It does require that the person on the computer grants you remote access and it isn't as responsive as an RDP session. Since you are sharing control of their computer through a rather round about trip through the paths of the Internet, there tends to be a bit of a lag.

      So long as you use it with reasonable expectations, there shouldn't be any issues.

      Thank you flying.

      I just had a look at the pricing for Adobe Connect and I was quite surprised.  It's almost the cost of the full CC subscription.

      I don't need conferencing facilities, I just need remote access to a PC so I might just use Windows Remote Desktop as a solution.

      Appreciate the advice, thank you.

      Yeah, I completly understand that. Proof that just because something can do what you need, doesn't mean it is the right tool.
