Does Adobe Connect works in Cuba?

Hello everyone!We are planing an online workshop aimed at the researchers from Cuba. However, we don't know even whether they are even able to use Adobe Connect. We know that Zoom is blocked in Cuba, but how about Adobe Connect? Is it the same, since it is a company based in the US?Thank you in advance for a prompt reply!

It is probably worth a test before you do the workshop. Adobe doesn't block access to Connect, so if it is not available then it would be because Cuba is blocking traffic. I've not had any customers that I can think of use it in Cuba, so I don't have any first-hand knowledge to share, but having someone in Cuba attempt to join a meeting should give you an answer in about 2 minutes.
