Does anyone know how to recover a deleted recording?

I made a mistake by deletting a recording instead other, I need to recover this file but i cannot find it, can you help me with this issue?

    Once it is deleted, it is gone. So, don't expect to find it.

    However, if you are on a licensed deployment, you can see if your server admin can go and find it in a back up of the files. If you are hosted with Adobe, you can call support and see if they have a method for recovering it, 800-945-9120.

    Hi,

    We have a adobe connect hosted in our campus, one of my collegues deleted a recorded file, and we dont have a back up of the Adobe connect.  Can you please help me in this regard. Please help me !!!

    If your campus doesn't have a back up of the Connect system, then there is not much that can be done. Once an object is delete, it is purged from the system.
