Does anyone know How to restore a adobe video class with problems after de pause?

We have the same problem again. Our adobe class went good as scheduled it was taught, but later in the recording after the pause made by the teacher the sound and image are gone and we are not capable of watching anything. 

Is there any way to restore de recording so we can recover sound and image again?
