I too have a problem which is that when I start sharing my webcam (logitech C920) often the preview window and the first few seconds of video are frozen, after a few seconds it seems to work ok). I had it working before in windows 10 and it was fine, it seems to ahve been a problem with the update to Connect 9.52 as that's when the issue started. I have tried different browsers, reinstalled webcam software and the same issue remains.

All software is up to date.   The screen share is freezing.  I've had her run all necessary updates with AC as well.  Any other suggestions?

Is the issue with her camera, screen sharing or both?

I'd have her try a different resolution on her screen, say 1024 X 768 to start and see if that makes any difference. In my testing with Windows 10, I've not had any screen sharing issues. That isn't to say it isn't Windows 10, just my experience so far.

I have the same problem as well. Before windows 10 one of my presenters had this problem, i am not sure whether she still has this problem because she is no longer presenting .

After my switch from w7 to w10 i have the same problem, also some of my attendents experience this problem.

In my own situation this problem ocurred after my upgrade to W10. I normally use a separate camera connected via usb. After this one freezes i switch to my built in camera, that freezes as well after a while.

When i switch back or switch my camera off and on again, there is a video outline but it is gray/black. And from then on it is no longer possible to send out my video. The rest of the screen remains ok, audio too. I keep on hosting the meeting, but my attendents prefer to see me.

It looks like somewhere a buffer is overflowing. Since this problem also occurred earlier i am not completely sure it is connected to W10 but it looks like W10 did not solve it either.

Verify that the drivers for their camera were updated with the switch to Windows 10. Also, have them test with another camera (if possible) to see if it is an issue with the camera or Connect.
