Domain crashing this morning - need help asap!

I have been building out 6 rooms for 6 days of virtual training that starts at 11 am EST this morning. During the building process, the past few days, I have not experienced much connectivity issues. However, this morning, I have been booted out 5 times in the last hour and now I can't even launch the app/ room. Training starts in 50 minutes. This is for AWS.

I'm having lots of issues as well.  Takes about 5 minutes for my account log in page to load, then when it does, it just gets stuck.  I just talked to Adobe and they said there are some cluster issues and that they are working on it. Hope to have an update in about 1/2 hour from now.

I'm having similar issues trying to create a meeting from a template and then going in to modify some of the pods.  Can't get into the meeting as the Host to do this.

It sounds like the Hosted environment is getting used very heavily. This may be leading ot the issues you are experiencing. Contact Adobe Connect Support directly to verify and get any solutions/work arounds. https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-support.html
