Double Meeting Rooms after losing connection

I lost connection to Adobe server and got disconnected from the Meeting room. When I connected back to the same link I was in a different room session, separated from those who didn't lose connection and there is no way to get back to that first session. It's like there are two separate Meeting rooms that are accessed from the same link, but no one can get to the first one except for the participants who didn't lose the connection and didn't fall out of the Meeting session.

Why is this happening and how can we get to those participants that are stuck in the first session to tell them to log off and log back in so that we are all in the same session?
