Double users

Hello im Marc,

i have a problem with my adobe connect 8, yesterday i stayed in a meeting with my workers. In one moment all users disconnect automatically the meeting and wait 5 second and connect automatically in the same meeting, but i saw every users are double, i stayed two users Marc and Marc 1 and my workers same. What is the problem??? Please give me a solution.

    Adobe doesn't know the difference between someone leaving the meeting and coming back in, vs. a loss of Internet connectivity. If someone leaves the room, the session Cookie on their computer will continue to be good for 7-15 min. The usernames without numbers would likely go away after a few min, leaving the usernames with the '1'.

    The best solution is to either have them go into a new meeting room, or close the meeting room and clear their cookies (or choose a different web browser) and then come back into the room.

    Thanks for help jorma.

    Yesterday I tested my computer because i thought the error is the cookies.

    I opened a new meeting and closed window's meeting, and open a new window and connect in the same meeting, but i have only one user no double, i don't know what is the problem.

    And my second test, i see logs in my server but i dont see any errors in logs. I don't know what is the problem.
