i dont see in my license panel download adobeconnect for v9.3 or v9.4,  i just can be download 9.2

how can i download hosted files last of adobe connect?

    Hello Hakan,

    You need to contact your reseller for getting the Connect 9.3. On top of 9.3 you can install Connect 9.4. Please download the 9.4 version from On-Premise patches.

    thank you ,  i use 9.0.1 vers,  any way for direct install 9.3 without patches?   mean: clean install 9.3 and patches to 9.4  after import old seminars,users,records? 

    becasue my seminar records freeze sometimes.  i thing its bug.  maybe must be upgrade for fix.  Upgrade and patching not easy for me.

    i need any other way for export records withot any freezes and lost qualtys.

    thank you for answers and sorry for my language not yet.

    Hi Hakan,

    Please refer the screenshot below for an update path from Connect version 9.0.  You have to have 9.3 install on the server before you patch it for 9.4.

    If you do not want to update from 9.0 to 9.3 than you can take backup of all required configuration files including Connect and its database, uninstall 9.0.  While installing 9.3, as a new install, you can point the existing database, this will upgrade the database for 9.3.  After which you can patch 9.4.
