Documents that were used in the recording should be able to be placed in the Files pod and they can then be easily downloaded to your local computer.

The recording is a bit more difficult, but you have a few options:

- Make Offline - will create an FLV version of the recording on your local computer. This is a real time conversion, so the creation of the FLV will take as long as the recording is. This is known to be a bit buggy and not of the highest quality. Use the highest resolution setting you can on your computer and make the window full screen when making the recording. It can run in the background, but that is the best way to get the highest quality image from this process.

- Make MP4 - If you have an account hosted by Adobe, you can purchase the option to do a server-side conversion to an MP4 video of the recording. However, it only does it in 4:3 aspect ratio and isn't exactly cheap. But, it does offload the work from you and gives you a mobile friendly version of the recording.

- Use a screen capture tool - Camtasia or something similar can be used to capture your screen while watching the recording. 3rd party tools generaly give a better quality version with more options than FLV, but are also real time.
